37 of top 50 self-hosted apps can go closed

An analysis of the 50 most-starred apps on awesome-selfhosted found that 37 could be relicensed as closed by their owners without contributor consent. The cause is CLAs or permissive licences; NocoDB switched from AGPL to the Sustainable Use License in a single commit in January.
