Pixel 11 video bug drops moving subjects from saved footage

A Pixel 11 owner reports that moving subjects stay visible in the viewfinder but vanish from saved recordings. The glitch appears at 18x zoom with 4K/60fps and default stabilization; similar complaints date back to the Pixel 6 Pro. Android Authority reproduced it on a Pixel 9 Pro XL but not on a Galaxy S26 FE.
