Pixel owners report bugs after September Pixel Drop update

Following the September Pixel Drop, owners of Pixel 6 Pro, Pixel 8 and Pixel 10 Pro XL report UI lag, voice-to-text delays of up to 6 seconds and network errors despite full signal. Clearing the System UI cache helps some users; Google has not yet responded.
