Pixel 8–11 Pro XL hit by NFC bug breaking tap-to-pay

Google Pixel users from the Pixel 8 to the Pixel 11 Pro XL report an NFC bug that breaks contactless payments in Google Wallet and at transit terminals. NFC still works for other functions, and Google has yet to respond.
