Steam Client Beta October 22nd revamps Remote Play HDR support

Valve released the October 22nd Steam Client Beta update with overhauled Remote Play HDR support, including its return to Steam Deck after being pulled over issues. It adds an advanced HDR setting (Automatic, On, Off), a brightness slider in the streaming overlay, and HDR capture on Linux via PipeWire and macOS.
