Fitbit Air gains blood pressure and insulin resistance trends via subscription

Google is adding its Health Guardian suite to Fitbit Air, including blood pressure and insulin resistance trends available with a Google Health Premium subscription. Automatic workout detection expands from 10 to over 100 activities across Fitbit Air and Pixel Watch 3, 4 and 5, rolling out later this month.
