Pixel Watch 3, 4 and 5 get Blood Pressure Trends and Insulin Resistance Trends

Google has begun rolling out Blood Pressure Trends and Insulin Resistance Trends to Pixel Watch 3, 4 and 5 owners, features announced in August alongside the Pixel Watch 5. Both are free in regions where Health Guardian is supported; Fitbit Air owners will get them later in 2026 via Google Health Premium.
