Dainese has unveiled the Smart Go, a motorcycle airbag vest weighing just 780 g — half the 1.53-kg Alpinestars Tech-Air Plasma. Instead of a built-in battery it draws power from a phone over USB-C or a power bank, and its $80 user-replaceable gas generator lasts up to three deployments. It starts at €349 in Europe and £329 in the UK.
