Tesla on Full Self-Driving struck and killed pedestrian on I-80

A Tesla operating in Full Self-Driving mode hit and killed a 71-year-old man crossing I-80 in Vallejo, California, around 2:30 AM Thursday. Dashcam footage showed braking and a steering attempt to avoid the pedestrian, but the right front of the car still struck him; the driver stopped and remained at the scene.
