ServiceNow: 9 in 10 firms hit by agentic AI incidents in past year

ServiceNow research found nine in ten global organisations experienced an agentic AI security incident in the past year, yet only 36% of businesses in Europe and the Middle East contained it within 24 hours. Just 13% have defensible programmes across five domains, and 24% discovered unregistered agents running in production.
