IBM: 80% of EMEA firms saw AI incidents reach board level

An IBM survey of over 3,000 business leaders in EMEA found 80% had an AI-related incident reach their board in the past year, yet only 40% changed their AI governance policies. 75% expect autonomous AI agents by 2027, but just 37% say their governance can scale with them.
