Action State launches open tools to verify AI agent interactions

Startup Action State Group released open-source tools for independently checking records of what AI agents did: EvidenceBook with tamper-evident logs, Terms Packs for evaluating agent behavior and the Countersign verification service. EvidenceBook is available under Apache 2.0, and offline verification is free.
