CapCut, Tencent and Kuaishou Race to Build AI Tools for Interactive Film Games
China's biggest internet companies are building AI platforms for interactive film games with branching storylines. CapCut launched ICG Studio in closed beta on September 20, Tencent runs four products, and Kuaishou announced features in July. AI already cuts character art costs from RMB 2,000 to about RMB 800 per image.
