The Elder Scrolls VI may launch as Xbox Project Helix exclusive in Holiday 2028

Microsoft may be planning to release The Elder Scrolls VI alongside its next-gen Xbox console, Project Helix, in Holiday 2028. There is no official confirmation of the game's release date or exclusivity; the theory stems from reports that the console slipped from 2027 to late 2028.

• Project Helix is reportedly targeting a Holiday 2028 launch instead of 2027
• Skyrim had reportedly sold over 65 million copies by July 2026
• Microsoft surveyed customers about making Fallout and The Elder Scrolls exclusive
• Project Helix is rumored to cost between $1,200 and $1,800
