Google Wallet adds notifications feed and digital passports for Ireland and Italy

Google Wallet for Android is rolling out a notifications feed, opened via a bell icon next to the profile switcher, showing updates about wallet items. The app is also adding digital passport support for Ireland and Italy, joining the US, UK, Brazil, Singapore and Taiwan.

• Notifications feed opens from a bell icon in the top-right corner
• Ireland and Italy passport support is not yet widely rolled out
• Adding an ID pass requires scanning the passport and recording a face video
• US passports work at TSA via NFC or QR code scanning
