Google Play Services 26.40 adds receipt scanning in Wallet, AI summaries in Play Store

Google rolled out Google Play Services v26.40 and Play Store v53.6. Wallet now supports scanning receipts, an in-app message center and improved merchant names, while the Play Store adds AI summaries of user reviews in Ask Play and community post digests.
