Google Play adds Usage-Based Billing subscriptions for AI apps

Google Play is giving Android developers more subscription payment options, including Usage-Based Billing with automatic balance top-ups when funds fall below a set threshold. It also adds Multi-Quantity Subscription Purchase for organizations, Mixed Carts, and Cross-Developer Bundling. The features are available or rolling out through Google's Early Access Program.
