Sierra and Stripe bring payments into AI agent calls

Sierra announced a partnership with Stripe on October 20, 2026, letting customers talk to an AI agent, pay and get a receipt on the same call. Healthcare payments company Cedar was among the first to adopt it, with 71.3% of calls where a payment is started ending in a successful payment.

• Sierra's app is now listed in the Stripe App Marketplace as a free integration
