Meta, Walmart and Stripe build standard for AI agents
Meta, Walmart, Stripe and Bret Taylor's startup Sierra are publishing an open "personal agent protocol" to standardize how AI bots interact with businesses. Taylor, OpenAI's chairman, leads the effort; Amazon has already blocked agents from Meta and Perplexity.
