UK tribunal orders Microsoft to disclose documents in £270M antitrust case

The UK Competition Appeal Tribunal ordered Microsoft to disclose documents and executive communications in a £270M ($361M) lawsuit by license reseller ValueLicensing. Microsoft must explain by October 31 why it did not previously disclose an internal 'Second-Hand Software' presentation.
