ServiceNow expands EmployeeWorks so every employee can build AI agents

ServiceNow announced major advances to EmployeeWorks, letting non-coding employees build and customise AI agents with admin-defined guardrails. The update adds Productivity Assistants, Productivity Routines and ToolSmith, an agentic developer environment trained on over 75,000 APIs.
