Fitbit Air gets blood pressure and insulin resistance tracking in October 2026

Google is adding Health Guardian features to the Fitbit Air: passive tracking of blood pressure trends, insulin resistance and sleep breathing quality. They require a Google Health Premium subscription at $9.99 monthly or $99.99 annually, with some features rolling out by late October alongside the Fitbit Edge.
