Rivian opens early access to point-to-point hands-free driving

Rivian launched its Autonomy Early Access Program, letting select R1S and R1T owners test point-to-point hands-free driving in late 2026 before a wider rollout to Gen 2 R1 EVs and the R2. Participants need an active Autonomy+ subscription at $49.99 per month or $2,500 lifetime and must log issues and complete monthly surveys.
