IAB Tech Lab's ARTF v1.0 lets gRPC agents patch bid requests before auctions

IAB Tech Lab has released ARTF v1.0, a gRPC extension around OpenRTB in which containerized AI agents propose mutations to the bid object before anyone bids. The host keeps the auction, while an orchestrator accepts or rejects each mutation independently.
