WeChat for HarmonyOS adds A2A voice control via Huawei's Celia

WeChat for HarmonyOS version 8.0.22 now supports an agent-to-agent link with Huawei's Celia assistant, letting users send messages and start voice or video calls to contacts by voice. The feature is limited to one-on-one chats and requires Celia 11.7.8.303 or later.
