LangBot 4.11 moves Claude Code and Codex into runner plugins for WeChat, Lark and DingTalk

LangBot 4.11 replaces built-in runners with plugins, shipping official ClaudeCodeAgent and CodexAgent runners with ids like plugin:langbot-team/ClaudeCodeAgent/default. WeChat Work, Lark and DingTalk now act as event sources, while the runner is selected per pipeline via ai.runner.id.

• In v4.11 the provider/runners/ directory is gone; runners are plugins with ids like plugin:author/name/runner
• Official plugins: ClaudeCodeAgent and CodexAgent, with default timeouts of 300 and 1800 seconds
• Plugins run in a separate plugin-runtime container, requiring a two-container setup
• Runner settings live in ai.runner_config[<runner_id>] and persist when switching runners
