CloudFront adds dual-stack IPv6 for private VPC origins

AWS now lets CloudFront reach private VPC origins over IPv6, removing the need to expose an ALB to the internet for end-to-end IPv6. There is no extra charge, and the feature covers 34 commercial Regions including sa-east-1. Dual-stack does not guarantee IPv6, as CloudFront picks the protocol per connection.
