Digital Realty eyes 1GW data center campus outside Indianapolis

Digital Realty plans to develop a roughly 1GW data center campus on 476 acres in Kokomo, Indiana, about 50 miles north of Indianapolis. Three single-story buildings totaling some three million sq ft could be fully built out by 2033, using closed-loop cooling and with no tax abatements.
