Trump Announces $150B in Investment and Purchase Pledges From Asian Allies

Trump announced commitments from South Korea, Taiwan and Japan: Korea will invest $50 billion in Alaska LNG, Taiwan will make a $4.4 billion equity investment and buy $70–80 billion of LNG over 20 years, and Japan will finance $21 billion for two GlobalFoundries plants in New York.
