Amazon drops data center NDAs, pledges $1 billion to host towns
Amazon will no longer require nondisclosure agreements with government agencies involved in its data center projects and will invest over $1 billion in host communities over five years under its new Data Center Commitment program. The move comes as more than 100 data center moratoriums are being considered across the U.S.
