Bhavish Aggarwal pledges 4.32% of Ola Electric again to fund Krutrim
On September 30, Aggarwal pledged 20 crore Ola Electric shares (4.32%) against non-convertible debentures issued by Krutrim Data Centre to fund his subscription to the company's ₹1,000 Cr rights issue. He previously pledged 3.93% for a ₹260 Cr loan and repaid it by selling part of his stake in December 2025.
