Orange Pi O1 SBC packs 16 TOPS SOPHGO BM1688 AI SoC and 4G/5G support

Orange Pi launched the O1 single board computer based on the octa-core SOPHGO BM1688 SoC with a 16 TOPS INT8 AI accelerator. The board offers 8GB or 16GB RAM, M.2 NVMe, SATA III, dual GbE, Wi-Fi 6E, optional 4G/5G, and can run local LLMs such as Llama2-7B. It costs $195 for 8GB and $325 for 16GB, plus a $7.9 active cooler.
