Zetwerk raises ₹2,251 Cr from anchor investors ahead of IPO

Zetwerk allotted 14.91 Cr equity shares to anchor investors at ₹151 apiece, raising ₹2,251.2 Cr. Its ₹5,012 Cr IPO opens October 15–17 and values the company at about $2.7 Bn.

• Anchor investors received 14.91 Cr shares at ₹151, the top of the price band
• Domestic mutual funds took about 46% of the anchor book, or 6.80 Cr shares
• The ₹5,012 Cr IPO runs October 15–17, valuing Zetwerk at around $2.7 Bn
• FY26 revenue rose to ₹15,739.3 Cr, while net loss widened to ₹1,606.2 Cr
