JSW One Narrows FY26 Loss 51% Ahead of ₹3,054 Cr IPO

B2B marketplace JSW One Platforms cut its FY26 net loss by 50.9% to ₹106.5 Cr as operating revenue rose 44.9% to ₹5,743.4 Cr. The company is preparing a ₹3,054 Cr IPO with a ₹1,300 Cr fresh issue and a ₹1,754 Cr offer for sale by JSW Steel, JSW Cement and Mitsui & Co.

• FY26 net loss narrowed to ₹106.5 Cr from ₹217 Cr a year earlier
• Revenue rose 44.9% to ₹5,743.4 Cr while expenses grew 40.5%
• Steel volumes grew 51.2% to 27.1 lakh tonnes, cement 23.9% to 2.6 lakh tonnes
• IPO includes ₹1,300 Cr fresh issue and ₹1,754 Cr offer for sale
