Zetwerk files RHP: fresh issue raised to Rs 2,830 Cr

Manufacturing platform Zetwerk has filed its RHP for an IPO with a fresh issue of Rs 2,830 crore, up from Rs 2,600 crore in its UDRHP, while the OFS rose 49% to 14.45 crore shares. Subscription opens October 15–19, 2026, with Rs 1,300 crore for company debt repayment and Rs 860 crore for nine subsidiaries.
