Inox Clean Energy files for Rs 10,000-cr IPO
Inox Clean Energy has filed draft papers with SEBI to raise up to Rs 10,000 crore in what would be India's largest private-sector renewable energy IPO. The offering includes a fresh issue of up to Rs 8,000 crore and a Rs 2,000-crore offer-for-sale by promoter Devansh Jain. Its renewable portfolio stands at 9.29 GW, with 6 GW of solar module capacity.
