ESR acquires Aquila Clean Energy APAC with 1.6 GW portfolio

ESR has agreed to acquire 100% of Aquila Clean Energy APAC from Aquila Group. The portfolio covers 1.6 GW of solar, wind and battery storage assets across Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Taiwan. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027.
