Musk's Terafab to receive first ASML EUV tool in mid-2027

Elon Musk's Terafab will get its first ASML EUV lithography scanner in mid-2027, according to Tim Culpan. SemiAnalysis says the Grimes County fab shell won't be finished until late 2027, so the tool will sit idle for months; production is expected to start in late 2029.
