ASML China Shipments Jump to 23% of System Sales in Q3 2026

ASML reported Q3 2026 revenue of €11.7 billion, a 57.5% gross margin and €5.0 billion net income. China's share of system sales rose from 14% in Q2 to 23%, behind Taiwan (32%) and South Korea (31%), with the US at 13%. Chinese memory makers CXMT and YMTC have reportedly stockpiled enough DUV lithography tools to support three years of expansion.
