Siemens to digitalize Galp's 100 MW green hydrogen plant in Portugal

Siemens and Galp Energia will digitalize GalpH2Park, a 100 MW renewable hydrogen facility in Sines, Portugal, set to start operations at the end of the year. The Hydrogen Performance Suite with a predictive Digital Process Twin could cut energy use by up to 15%. The first phase will produce up to 15,000 tons of hydrogen annually and cut emissions by about 110,000 tons of CO2 equivalent per year.
