Microchip updates networking and storage products for AI and HPC

Microchip Technology expanded its data center portfolio with the Switchtec PCIe 6.0 Low-Lane-Count switch offering up to 64 Gen 6 lanes and 32 ports, an updated Flashtec PCIe Gen 5 NVMe 5016 SSD controller, and enhanced Adaptec SmartRAID 4300 NVMe RAID accelerators with self-encrypting drive support.
