Microchip and Navitas unveil 800V-to-6V reference design for AI racks

Microchip Technology and Navitas Semiconductor have developed an 800V-to-6V DC reference design for high-voltage AI data center rack power. The platform pairs Microchip dsPIC33AK digital controllers and the TA100 security IC with 16 Navitas NV6034 GaN FETs, targeting up to 96% peak efficiency at 1MHz switching.
