Cloudflare splits AI bot blocking into Search, Training and Agent categories

On September 16, 2026, Cloudflare replaced its single "Block AI Bots" switch with three categories: Search, Training and Agent. Sites with blocking enabled are automatically moved to "Disallow AI Training", while untouched sites stay on "Allow". Settings can be read via the API endpoint GET /zones/{zone_id}/bot_management.

• Auto-migration sets Search to Allow, Training to Disallow AI Training and Agent to Block only on pages with ads
• Settings are readable via API with Bot Management Read or Write permissions
• Training and Search policies are expressed in robots.txt, which remains only a request to crawlers
