Pokemon cracks down on TCG scalpers with new resale bans
The Pokemon Company partnered with Japanese marketplaces Yahoo! Auctions and Yahoo! Flea Market to ban carton listings, empty booster boxes and packs starting October 13. The rules also limit bulk listings of new sets, beginning with the 30th Celebration set.
