The Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration set has the most generous pull rates in years: an ex card appears in more than half of packs, and Special Illustration Rare in about 5% versus 1 in 80 previously. Secondary market prices fell, with Future Rare Mew and Mewtwo dropping from about $1000 to about $150.
