Intel Connectivity Performance Suite breaks IPv6 networking

Users of Samsung Galaxy Books and ASUS laptops report that OEM builds of Intel Connectivity Performance Suite break IPv6: 40–60% of HTTPS connections to AWS CloudFront are reset, affecting OneDrive, OneNote, Chrome and Edge. The issue disappears after uninstalling ICPS or installing the generic driver version, and Intel has issued no public advisory.
