Cisco unveils Webex AI agents for meetings and customer service

At WebexOne 2026 Cisco announced agentic Webex capabilities: the Dialog layer for maintaining customer context, Claude-powered agents joining Webex spaces, meetings and calls, and a Webex MCP integration with OpenAI dots. Dialog beta is expected in Q1 2027, while Agent Observability with Splunk reaches general availability in December 2026.
