AWS expands GPT-6 access on Bedrock to five Asia Pacific regions

AWS has opened access to OpenAI's GPT-6 Sol, Luna and Astra on Amazon Bedrock via global cross-Region inference from five Asia Pacific source Regions. Astra is reachable only from Singapore, while Sol and Luna are also available from Jakarta, Malaysia, Thailand and Taipei.

• GPT-6 Sol and Luna available from five APAC regions, Astra only from Singapore
• Models support text, images, tool use and prompt caching
• Each output token consumes 10 tokens of quota, input tokens one-to-one
• Global profiles require four IAM policy statements
