Meta Threads adds parental controls for teens in Asia Pacific

Meta is rolling out parental supervision tools in Threads for Asia Pacific countries via Family Center. Parents can see weekly usage stats, set daily limits, manage sleep mode (22:00–7:00), tags, privacy and content settings.

• Parents see teen's Threads usage stats for the past week
• Can set daily limits and block access on certain days and hours
• Sleep mode disables notifications from 22:00 to 7:00
• Parents decide if teens under 16 can weaken account protection
