SCSKiller app removes shader compilation stutter in games, especially on Nvidia GPUs
The free open-source tool SCSKiller pre-compiles shaders before a game launches and stores them in the driver cache, eliminating in-game stutter. Hardware Unboxed tests on a Ryzen 7 9800X3D showed about 25% higher average and 1% low frame rates in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, while Tiny Tina's Wonderlands 1% lows jumped from ~19fps to over 140fps. It supports Nvidia and AMD GPUs, with no Intel support yet.
